Refund policy
We really hope you will love your purchase from ALBA Jewellery.
Most pieces are made to order to minimise waste; however you are still entitled to a return them if for any reason you are not completely happy with them. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost and safe return of items, so please use Royal Mail Special Delivery ( as then the parcel is insured ) to ensure a secure and traceable delivery.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non arrival of any returned goods or any damage in transit - please package them carefully.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three business days after their safe receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be for the original value of the item purchased, excluding the delivery charge.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alba-jewellery@hotmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, preferably with photographs, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs We want you to be abler to enjoy your ALBA Jewellery for a very long time so if over that time you need a repair, if your piece has been damaged, caught on something for example, please feel free to send me a picture, and if I can, I will repair it either for free or a nominal cost, depending on the time it will involve. Likewise, if you lose one of a pair of earrings I am happy to make you another - so that you can continue to wear and enjoy your ALBA Jewellery. Lets’s avoid adding to those piles of pieces most people have tucked away in their drawers!
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Resizing Rings This can be time consuming and also tricky especially with the irregular shanks of the Shore Rings so please ensure you know the size you need - there are very inexpensive ring sizers on the site which I send with free postage to help with this.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
